| Coverage can be extended (minimum: 5 days) up to 12 months. Provided there is no break in coverage, you will not be required to re-satisfy your Deductible, Coinsurance or Pre-existing Condition provision. There will be a renewal fee of $25 per policy, in addition to the premium. |
